INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS

Since its formation in 2002, Neighbourhood Watching has evolved as a model of cultural community development, emerging from within the estate it’s been recognised locally, nationally and internationally for its grass-roots approach and innovative estate-based projects. In 2008 Michael Needham was invited to Japan to deliver a series of presentations relating to the development of Neighbourhood Watching, and has recently returned from Melbourne, Australia where he was commissioned to deliver a project on the Carlton Housing Estate.
